sqlite3 的文件路径不支持中文！fixed.20090326

Bug2：

notemgr 里的查找 UE improve：

第二次弹出的时候，应该重置tag 的combobox。

点击find的时候要判断是否是 tag find

bug3：

new note 的回车响应。现在要按ctrl + 回车才能换行。

new note=>tags===>select==>ESC can not close the cmb listbox.

remove the new note select state when initilize.

td:notes mgr 的select all and expand all button need to initilize when open this dialog again.

new notes should provide one shotkey to move the tag combobox.

Can delete one notes.
